Why am I experiencing erectile dysfunction?
There are many causes for erectile dysfunction, including medical reasons, age, stress factors, lifestyle, inadequate rest, or smoking and alcohol. In some of these circumstances, patients can make some changes to combat these effects. In certain circumstances, lifestyle changes alone may be inadequate, and treatment using medicines is required. If your erectile dysfunction is found to be psychological, your GP may refer you to receive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Is it safe to use Erectile Dysfunction (ED) medication?
In order for us to assess if the treatment you select is safe for you, we ask that you answer all questions honestly and thoroughly. Even if you think something may not be relevant it is best to add it in. If it is safe for you we will generate a prescription free of charge and authorise the medicine to be dispensed and shipped out to you. If there are more suitable alternatives we will be in touch to make our recommendation.
Will I automatically get an erection after taking an ED medicine?
No, all erectile dysfunction medications require sexual stimulation for you to get an erection.
What is the difference between brand and generic medications?
Both branded and generic medicines contain the same active ingredient, so they have the same effect for the user. When the patent expires for a drug, other manufacturers are able to make tablets with exactly the same active ingredient. This is a good thing as it drives down the cost for the patient making it more affordable while providing the same effect.
Can I take different ED tablets alongside each other?
No, you cannot. All medications that treat erectile dysfunction work the same way and so using multiple forms at one time can cause an overdose and a higher chance of unpleasant, or even serious side effects.
I have a specific brand/manufacturer preference, can you source this?
Yes, if you have a specific manufacturer or brand preference please get in touch via phone or email before placing the order. If we do not have it immediately available our stock procurement team will do their best to source your preferred brand. You should be notified within 1 hour.
Is Erectile Dysfunction treatments legal to purchase online in the UK?
Yes, they can be purchased online in the UK from GPhC-approved websites. As we are regulated and approved by the GPhC you can be confident with the request.
How do I know that the medication I am receiving is genuine?
We are rigorously regulated and as such we take great care in sourcing our products from bonified wholesalers that are only based in the United Kingdom and are regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Every single pack is thoroughly inspected as it arrives in stock and before it is dispatched to our patients.
Is ED medication suitable for use in women?
